  • Once you click 'submit' it will be entirely your responsibility to follow up on the status of your request so please be diligent about this in order to avoid any charges.
  • Once you submit this form, please reference your id number in any other e-mail or phone inquiries to us.
  • A few tips to make the process go even smoother: Do not make multiple requests for the same date. Do not contact us by e-mail asking about availability while at the same time submitting a reservation request. If you do, let us know you have submitted a request and provide an id number. Do not assume that you aren't confirmed if you don't hear from us. E-mail is not always dependable - if you do not hear from us, follow up - otherwise, you risk getting charged a 'no show' penalty. If you are traveling with a partner or a group, designate one person as the contact person who makes reservations.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:

  • We must receive notice two days before your arrival date for any cancellations or changes in your reservation or your credit card will be charged in the amount of the first night's stay. For example, if you are reserved for the 10th of the month we require notification of cancellation or changes by the end of the 8th of the month.
  • Changes include amendments in your date of arrival, number of nights or number of people in your reservation.
  • If you do not show up for a reservation, we will charge you the first night. Since you can check the status of your request on-line as well, we will not accept any claims that you were not aware that you had a reservation.
  • We will not alter our policy due to transport strikes, flight delays or cancellations, delays or cancellations due to weather or natural disasters, health problems, or any circumstances outside of your or our control. We strongly encourage purchasing appropriate travel insurance to avoid any potential losses.
